This tool detects a PDF's real fillable fields — text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons — and builds a matching input for each one, writing your answers back into the same fields when you save. Flattening converts your filled answers into permanent page content, so the result looks and behaves like a normal (non-fillable) PDF — useful once you're done and want to send a final copy.

Frequently asked questions
What if my PDF has no fillable fields?
If no fillable fields are detected, you'll see a message saying so — this tool only works with PDFs that already have real fillable form fields, not documents that just look like a form visually.
Should I flatten the form before sending it?
Flattening is recommended if you're sending the completed form to someone else and don't want them to be able to edit your answers. Leave it unchecked if you want the recipient to still be able to edit the fields.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Detecting, filling, and flattening all happen entirely in your browser.
